Save it Forever with Digital
The
best way to save your valuable photos may be by eliminating the paper
altogether. Consider making digital images of all your photos. Unlike
emulsion-based prints, digital images don’t fade, erode or crack. In theory,
they’ll last forever - or at least as long as we have access to the right
technology. If you choose this route, you should consider storing a backup copy
off-site. Several options are available on the web. Your local photo restoration
experts can likely burn your photo restoration or intact photos to CD for a
small charge.
It’s a lot easier to wipe off a CD or download your backup than it is to repair
a pile of images damaged in a flood or fire...
We specializes in restoring photos from original, negative, digitalized image, digital camera shots, film cameras, and more.
What is Photo Restoration?
Photographs with characteristics such as yellowing, cracked, torn, mold,
scratches, creases, dusts, fading and other forms of damages that may have
altered the original photograph, can be restored.
The photo restoration process starts by taking the original photograph to be
scanned into a high resolution digital image. If a digital image is already
available, no scanning is needed. Detail restoration work will then be performed
on this digital image.
There are three different categories (Basic, Moderate and Advanced) of Photo
Restoration service depending on the level of damages on your photographs.
